Being Considerate:
The neighborhood-wide speed limit is 15 MPH. Breaking the speed limit is grounds for an immediate end to your stay. Quiet hours begin at 11 PM sharp. Conversations must be taken indoors at this time.
♦️Guests must be family members.
♦️No parties.
♦️No pets without permission and payment of $100/pup fee plus $200 deposit.
♦️No confetti or glitter inside or on the property.
♦️No more than 12 people on the property at any time.
♦️Each person must be a registered guest. No exceptions.

Please treat the home and it’s contents with care and let us know right away if you need anything at all.

Any damages or injuries are the responsibility of the guest.

Linens:
Do not remove linens, including towels from the house. They are accounted for before and after each stay.

Beach towels are not provided. Please be sure to pick some up during your visit, or bring them from home.

All other linens are provided.

Please review check-out instructions regarding departure day linens and procedure.

Beach Chairs:
Be sure to request beach chairs if you wish to borrow them during your visit. Borrowed beach chairs should be returned to the side yard, never brought indoors.

Hot Tub + Fire Pit
Children must be attended at all times.

Guests be aware there is a hot tub and fire pit on premises, taking full responsibility for the safety of their group.

No food or drink in hot tub.

No pets in hot tub.

Be aware the hot tub will lose 2° per hour while the top is off. To ensure a hot soak please keep it covered when not in use.

If you notice the hot tub chemistry needs attention please contact us right away.

Plumbing:
Nothing but waste and toilet paper may be flushed in these toilets.

“Flushable” wipes will back up the toilets. If a plumber must come to the property due to improper use such as wipes, sanitary products, etc. it will be at the expense of the registered guest.

Please remind all members of your group the importance of avoiding the inconvenience and financial burden of a plumbing issue.

Trash:
Trash pick up is Friday. Please roll the trash and recycling to the curb Thursday night and back in Friday afternoon.

Check-out:
Check-out is by 11AM. We need 4 hours to clean and sanitize the house for our next guests.

A penalty of $50 per 15 minutes will begin at 11:15 AM for any guests who have belongings or persons in or on the property after that time. Be sure to follow all check-out procedures.

Consequences of Misuse:
Violation of any House Rules will result in immediate removal from property and forfeiture of payments and deposit.
